Strategic and Operational Planning for Quality
- Develop and implement the comprehensive quality strategy, aligned with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.
- Prepare annual and quarterly action plans that translate the strategy into tangible programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with all departments to integrate quality objectives into their operational plans.
- Submit periodic reports to top management, highlighting progress, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Policy and Procedure Development
- Develop and update the Quality Policies and Procedures Manual, ensuring full alignment with international standards (ISO, etc.).
- Regularly review and audit all quality-related policies and procedures to maintain continuous improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to develop operational policies that align with quality standards.
KPIs and Performance Monitoring
- Establish a comprehensive KPI system across all departments to systematically measure quality performance.
- Develop quality-specific KPIs at the group and department levels.
- Conduct regular analysis of performance results, submit detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Integrate quality KPIs into the company’s Balanced Scorecard.
Quality Control and Performance Auditing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control program covering all operational and administrative processes across departments and branches.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure all departments comply with approved quality standards.
- Prepare quality audit reports with corrective and preventive action plans, submitting them to senior management.
- Manage the complaints and suggestions system to ensure effective feedback for continuous improvement.
Certifications and International Accreditations
- Lead all efforts related to obtaining ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and other international accreditations.
- Collaborate with external consultants and certification bodies to ensure full readiness for certification audits.
- Ensure full compliance with all international and local regulations related to quality, environment, health, and occupational safety.
- Oversee the preparation for external audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
Continuous Improvement Program
- Foster a continuous improvement culture across the company.
- Continuously monitor and analyze processes to detect weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
- Launch improvement initiatives and programs that enhance efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize process quality.
Customer Satisfaction Management
- Develop and implement customer satisfaction measurement programs (internal & external).
- Analyze customer satisfaction surveys, submit analytical reports, and recommend actions for improvement.
- Provide regular customer satisfaction performance reports to senior management.
Quality-Related Risk Management
- Develop a Quality Risk Register identifying all potential risks related to operational processes.
- Establish proactive risk mitigation plans to reduce operational quality risks.
- Collaborate with departments to manage quality-related risks in daily operations.
Awareness and Quality Culture Promotion
- Develop and deliver quality training and awareness programs for all employees.
- Organize workshops and specialized training sessions on quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture where “Quality is Everyone’s Responsibility” across the group.
Digital Transformation in Quality Management
- Implement digital quality management systems, including electronic audit tools and real-time dashboards.
- Use AI-powered analytics to predict quality issues and proactively resolve them.
- Automate quality performance reports to ensure speed, accuracy, and transparency.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly quality reports to senior management.
- Document findings and recommendations from all internal audits.
- Submit readiness reports for certifications and accreditations, identifying gaps and additional requirements.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
· Professional certifications in quality management (such as ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt).
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Total Quality Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
· Proven track record in developing and implementing quality systems in global companies or multi-branch organizations.
