Works directly with VP Commercial & VP Hotel Operations to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
Provides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plans.
Builds marketing programs and strategies to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan.
Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects/content.
Measures and reports on the performance of all marketing campaigns, gains insight and assess against goals.
Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
Deploys and creates digital campaigns/integrations through Google Ads/3rd Parties aligned with the overall Marketing Strategy & provides Digital reporting.
Establishes marketing goals and analyzes Marketing team's day-to-day work.
Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new promotions or events.
Oversees MKT team to support staff, including performance evaluation, training and motivation, and direct participation in personnel actions.
Initiates and implements direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers.
Represents the MKT Team at various events and business meetings.
Works with marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels.
Responsible for Increasing brand awareness and market share & ensuring digital presence is well maintained.
Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
Finalizes Marketing Budget preparations for cluster hotels.
Handles communications with MKT Regional Office for our brands.
Interviews & hires for MKT department.
Job Requirements:
7 to 8 years of experience in Marketing for Hospitality brands and minimum 3 years’ experience in UAE
Bachelor degree required, additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English as the primary language(s) used in the workplace – fluency is required; any other additional language skills are appreciated (fluency in Arabic is a big advantage)
Has a creative vision - Effective interpersonal skills, resourcefulness and creativity
Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
Strong organizational skills. Must have ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
Management level position - Previous experience in hotel, travel & tourism, service sector is a plus
